Project: Scot power washed my terrace deck the first day removing debris and old paint from the wood. Second day he applied a sealant to protect the wood until we are ready to make the leap and install a new deck someday.

Prompt and courteous and most important clean (he did not track mud into my house and there was a lot of it outside). I am buyer agent and would recommend his services to all my homebuyer clients. Also, he cleaned my awning at my storefront office in Lincoln Park.

Comment: Smooth sailing, moved all planters for me.

Project: Scot's team did a great job power-washing, sealing and staining our entire property including front porch, side fences, and back deck. His guy were courteous, hard-working and detail oriented.

Comment: Scot came right over for an estimate for the front porch & back deck. The day of service (which fluctuated due to the weather) he gave me an additional quote for the side fences of our property. Aqua Pro's team did a great job from start to finish. I would recommend them for sure.

Project: Pressure wash and seal a three story wooden deck and an additional roof deck. Also, had the company remove some rust staining on the front concrete steps. They pressure washed out all the debris under the roof deck and the concrete steps to the basement.

Comment: I was onsite when the crew came out to pressure wash; they had two machines going at once so they were able to clean the entire structure in about five hours. It was an efficient process. They returned two days later after the wood had a chance to dry and applied wood sealer. The structure had not been sealed or cleaned in approximately 10 years so the change was night and day. The decks look great now and I was able to witness the water beading on the deck after the first rainfall. It's a shame that the previous owners didn t have this done earlier as the wood would not have been in such bad shape. Definitely going to want to keep the decks maintained every couple of years to ensure they stay like new.
